The spousal abuse and betrayal pushes him over the edge to bring the killing close to home. When the unthinkable when the love of his life betrays him. He sets her up for a murder that she didn't commit. She goes to an insane asylum to be evaluated to stand trial. She realizes that her husband is a killer but it too late. No matter what she said, no one believes that her husband is a killer while she goes to jail. Threw out the time when he's with and without his wife. He's picking up, taking and killing passengers in his cab. Things continue to progress with his killings but things change and not in his favor. A nosy neighbor knows part of his secrets. The police begin to be obsessed with him and his every move. So Ali goes around the city killing men and women for revenge, for pleasure and for survival. During his discovery of killings, the suppression of his desires is short lived. The thirst of killing is unquenched. He does everything possible to live and kill another day.
